NÏCE – Good Times Ice Cream is a brand born from shared experience, rooted in family, heritage, and a deep appreciation for European culture. Founders Cristian Brucculeri and Bettina Hertel first met as students in the vibrant city of Nice, France—a place known for its effortless mix of warmth, elegance, and Mediterranean flavour. After building their careers and raising their family in Luxembourg, the couple launched NÏCE together with their friends Laura Maestri and Luigi Cocchi with the vision of creating something personal and meaningful: a place that brings people together over exceptional ice cream, coffee, and desserts in a relaxed, quality-driven atmosphere.

Everything about NÏCE reflects their family values and cultural sensibilities—from the ingredients and design to the sense of welcome that greets every guest. Their ice cream is made entirely in-house with a focus on seasonality, simplicity, and provenance. They source milk and cream from local producers, fruits when they are at their peak, and select standout ingredients like Sicilian pistachios, Calabrian bergamot, Madagascan vanilla, and artisan chocolate. Vegan and lactose-free sorbets are made with the same commitment to purity and flavour. This dedication has made NÏCE a local favourite—not just a summer indulgence, but a destination for quality and connection year-round.

Their expanding presence — from their flagship location in Belair to a new popup in Luxembourg’s city centre—reflects a growing community of people who see NÏCE as more than a place to grab a cone. It’s a lifestyle.
